What is a Baiting System?

Billiot Pest control uses the Sentricon® System with Always Active™ technology. This means bait tube devices are installed around the perimeter of your property to monitor and prevent termite activity. These baits are monitored annually to ensure that the system is working effectively.

How is this Service Performed?

Sentricon® bait tubes are placed in the soil around your home approximately every ten feet.
Bait inside stations are monitored and replaced as needed.
This service also includes an inside inspection each year with the payment of the annual renewal fee.
